Returns and Refunds

We are dedicated to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy owning, but we are aware that from time to time you will exchange or return something you have purchased.  On receipt please make sure that you check your purchase carefully before they are used or displayed. Please keep any e-mails confirming your purchase, your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.


Distance Selling Regulations.

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel within seven days of the contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer. When cancelling your order you will receive a full refund for any home delivery item, when the item is returned to us in a saleable condition. This does not apply to items personalised or bespoke items made to your specification, or items like earrings which cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons. In addition, we do not accept returns of Tibetan silver necklaces or Tibetan silver headdresses

 

To cancel, you can e-mail info@energytoseek.com, call 07831043583or write to us at Customer Services, Energy to Seek Ltd, 13 Marble House, Elgin Avenue, London W9 3PS  within seven working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
